What are your office hours?
Our office ours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5pm UK time. Our holiday hours vary and will be displayed on the website at the time.
who do i contact about my project?
When your proposal has been accepted you will be assigned a project manager who will be your main contact. Any problems or questions will be discussed with him/her.
can i refund the deposit?
This is dependent on the timeframe of the project. If the project is prior to the second payment we can refund the deposit minus a percentage fee. Please talk to your project manager for more information.
is there compensation for exceeding a deadline?
We work round the clock to ensure all work you receive is the best quality and on time. However, there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances which may lengthen a projects deadline. We usually predict any problems and will discuss solutions before a deadline.
What if i don't see the service i'm looking for?

Do i need to pay a deposit?
Yes, every project is calculated the same. We take 50% of the total project cost as a deposit. When the project is half completed we take another 25% and when the project is completed we take the remainder.
How are the costs calculated?
We calculate the costs based on an estimated price of how long the project will take and how difficult the work is. Any additional work after to the job has started will incur extra cost and will be explained.
Do you offer a non disclosure agreement?
Yes, you can be assured myThunder will not share any work or sensitive information linked to or provided by your project and company.
